Internal/External Spline
Our Fellows Gear Shapers are capable of cutting Internal and External Splines for lengths up to 5 3/4" in length
External Helical
We have three gear hobbing machines in our facility capable of cutting external helical gears one of which is a CNC
Internal/External Spur Gear
We currently have six shaper machines capable to cut both internal and external spur gears for quick turnarounds
Worm Gear
All of our gear hobbing machines are all capable of cutting worm gears to match matting worm shaft
